We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and valuable information. The location was awesome, with easy access to transportation, including the train station and bus stop. We loved the convenience of having a Starbucks, a great bagel place, and other amenities nearby. The room was nice and spacious, with a comfortable recliner chair. We appreciated the opportunity to exercise and iron our clothes. The kitchen was a great feature, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and utensils. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch.

Convenient location: The hotel was centrally located, with plenty of food options within walking distance and a key attraction nearby. Free parking: It was a great advantage to have free parking available at the hotel. Comfortable and safe: My daughter felt very comfortable and safe during her stay, which was a priority for us.
Unchanged sheets: The fact that the sheets were not changed between guests and had dried blood stains on them was unacceptable. The front desk's lack of concern or apology made the situation worse.
